It's Friday, which means it's time for a new video! This week's is a 20 minute yoga flow sequence for my yoga newbies (and it features my dog, who enjoys laying on my yoga mat). :) It's intended for people who are just getting into vinyasa style and just need to take it a bit slower than a traditional vinyasa flow. It's good for building strength and endurance, and has a focus on opening up the hamstrings. Hope you enjoy it!
