Don't let the title fool you, my friends. This video is actually suitable for anyone, but focuses on opening up the hip flexors, hamstrings, shoulders and chest, which are common trouble spots for men, and it builds upon upper body strength, which a lot of men have (and women could benefit from). Either way, it works for everyone. If you decide to try it out, start with a warm up like my 15 minute after work yoga sequence, and remember to always work within a pain-free range. Hope you enjoy!
