I’m a big fan of these stability balls - I feel like you can do so much with them, and in today’s video I’m walking you through a variety of ways you can use your stability ball for back mobility. It’s super important to keep the back as mobile as possible. Our spine is made up of 33 vertebrae, and has three main purposes:
1) To protect your spinal cord and associated nerve roots
2) To provide support and balance to your entire body
3) To enable mobility in your day to day life
