It's Workout Wednesday, my friends, and today I'm bringing you a quick yet effective total body workout you can do right at home, so long as you have an ottoman or something similar.
You'll have to excuse Buckles, my husky who was crying in the background of the previous video I was shooting. I brought him into the shot because for some reason he relaxes when he's in the shot, haha. Apparently he likes to be in the spotlight. Anyway!
In this workout we are pairing split squats with tricep dips. Split squats are great if you're looking to tone up through your legs and butt. The deeper you go in the squat, the deeper you'll get into the glutes.
For the tricep dips, you can either extend your legs (full expression) or bend your legs (modified). These are helpful to build upper body strength and tone your arms. They're definitely a move you'll want to start incorporating if you're working on your inversions.
