While the Palace Downtown Dubai had an excellent hotel gym, the room they'd hosted me in a few weeks ago was so great, I didn't want to leave, and thought I'd film a quick hiit workout that you can do right from your bedroom.
For this workout we'll do three rounds of three different exercises, ten reps each. The first exercise is a set up. If you want to make this a bit more challenging, you could do jump up instead of stepping up. The second exercise is a push up done against the bench (or your bed). For this, you'll want to keep your body as tight as you can so you really use your upper body strength for the movement. The last exercise is a Bulgarian split squat.
