Typically at the end of the month I like to do a little reflection and self-evaluation in my planner. At the top of the year, I had set goals, and then each month I work towards those goals, so it makes sense to reflect at the end of the month.
This month, I’m really proud of what I’ve been able to do. I signed three large deals that enabled me to upgrade my filming equipment and expand the equipment for my studio and home gym.
I also got a new personal training client whom I adore, and I feel really good with my roster of clients. I think if I had one more person I would probably stop taking people on, because I really do feel like I have just the right amount of in person clients to balance out all the computer work I need to do.
I made a commitment to myself at the top of the year to do one thing each week to have fun, so I’ve been taking extra dance classes, which has been so fun because I finally feel like I’m making progress. I’m picking up choreography faster than I ever have before.
I also started working out with more intention, as part of the YBC® Intention Factor™ Fitness Program and I am finally seeing some results from my consistent efforts, so that always feels good.
I’m still struggling with the cold and the darkness of New England winters, but just trying to stay as positive as I can. Overall, I feel really good and am looking forward to chipping away at my goals in February. I’ve already taken down the custom personal training programs so I can fully focus on my next few ideas: creating a new Business and Marketing Program with all the new information I’ve learned, creating a Pregnancy Fitness Program and Postpartum Fitness Program, and working on the details for a Business Mentorship Program. Cheers to the month ahead!
