This 8 minute standing yoga sequence requires no mat. It’s suitable for people just looking to get in a bit of yoga in the middle of their work day. This video is also good for people recovering from a twisted ankle, or people looking to develop their stability and balance, as the majority of the poses in this sequence are balancing postures. As with any yoga practice, be sure to move within a pain-free range and take rests as needed.
