For part of my stay in Kauai (full run down coming later this week!), I stayed at Whalers Cove, which is a quiet community of condos right on the water. One of the things I loved about the stay was how serene it was. While there were a few other couples and families there, I didn't hear anyone and it felt secluded and private in the best possible way.
The ocean views from both the downstairs and upstairs of the condo I was in were gorgeous. I spotted whales and sea turtles from my balcony and it was magic.
The condos don't have air conditioning, which actually wasn't a problem at all. On the contrary, the cross-breeze from the oceanfront windows and the front door made it absolutely perfect, and I loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night. It was truly a magical stay.
While there, I filmed a short yoga video to help ease tension through the neck and shoulder area. I filmed it in the bedroom of the condo, but honestly you could do this video anywhere. As always, work within a pain-free range, and let me know how you like it down in the comments section below!
