It's been a long weekend here in North Carolina and I'm looking forward to heading home for a few days this week to spend time with family and host an arm balance workshop at Namaslay® Studios on Wednesday. Then I'll be back down in NC for my FINAL MODULE for my 300hr training, and I couldn't be happier. Between all the driving and flying, my hips have taken a beating and I can't wait to stay put for a bit.
