Anyone have back issues?
This is for you.
This is one of my absolute favorite poses because it feels so good on the whole spine, but in particular for the upper back. The trick, friends, is to try to get the head as close to the knees as you can. The closer you can get your head in toward your knees, the more you'll feel it in your back. Check out the video below and let me know how it goes for you! No really, I want to see a picture or at least send me a tweet!
In other news I wanted to tell you about the pants I got the other day at Lululemon. It's been forever since I've shopped there and I swore I'd never buy online from them again because their quality has dipped over the past few years. But I popped in over the weekend because it was so chilly in Florida and I didn't have as many warm clothes as I thought. The fabric of these awesome herringbone patterned wunder under pants sold me. I love them. The material is stretchy but sort of thick, so they're perfect for fall and winter. They're not sheer at all (wow, good job, Lulu!), they have a triangle gusset and are a little long on me but I just tucked them under (and will likely wear them pulled over my heels as shown here). The wunder under herringbone pattern is sold out but they're available as a crop.
