Panama week continues here on the blog with this guided walking meditation and pranayama video. This is an entirely new concept for us here at YBC®, but I think it's really cool and would love to hear your thoughts. Essentially, I created this guided walking meditation for beginners, or people who are uncomfortable closing their eyes for a meditation. You can keep your eyes open, and hopefully the sights of the hike through the jungle will be calming and offer you a way to focus without getting distracted during your meditation. You'll want to aim for inhales and exhales of equal length. Start with three seconds in, three seconds out, and then perhaps work your way up to ten seconds in and ten seconds out.
