A while back, Marketing Director Lauren and I were in Zurich for our Yoga Workshop Tour, and were lucky enough to stay at 25Hours Langstrasse for a night in exchange for this video. The video is a twenty minute total body gentle yoga in bed practice that is appropriate for all levels. I’d just arrived from Nairobi, so my body was completely beat and needed something to unwind, relax, and stretch and this practice did the trick.
