Buzzing on the yoga forum: Anyone have any tips for how to get your guy into a yoga class?
Annnnnd it's Friday! This week has been ca-razy for me, so I am going to try make it a high priority to relax this weekend. Books, tea, baths - all high on the agenda. :) How about you?
Today I've put together a 30 minute power yoga video. By request, the sequencing is pretty different from your run of the mill vinyasa, so keep your mat rolled up for this one because the sequencing has you rolling around on the floor and getting a little crazy. I know it's a little funky, but give it a go if you're up for getting out of your comfort zone, and let me know how you feel about it afterwards.
As an aside, we're at Day 2 of the #YBCstrength project. I'm so pumped to see all your poses on instagram, and I just posted what my goals were for the duration of the project in the video above.
