Start the year off on the right foot with yoga at the office! Here’s a short chair yoga sequence that isn’t too out there (lol, no crazy poses that your officemates might give you the side eye for!). In this sequence, we are focusing on opening up the areas of the body that get tightest when we are deskbound - hips, chest, and low back.
