Core strength is super important for a strong physical yoga practice, which is why I love putting together core building videos. This one is super short but really effective for building core strength. For the workout, we'll do knee to elbow with the sliders 2 times each side, and then use the ab wheel for four times, and go through the whole thing for five rounds. Hope you enjoy!
