We really lucked out with unseasonably warm weather in Italy (travel vlog coming to the YouTube channel soon, stay tuned), so I busted out this white boho romper and bag sent my way a few weeks ago from Love Stitch. So it's definitely more of a beachwear/vacation/festival vibe sort of romper - it's super casual and loose through the top, so not something you'd want to wear to a more formal event.
I'm a huge fan of rompers and jumpsuits because they take the guess work out of outfit assembly, but I've never tried one with bell sleeves because I always felt like bells swallowed me up. However! I was pleasantly surprised by this romper, and immediately felt comfortable in the bell sleeves. Below are a few other options with bells, if you're into them.
The only thing that gets me with this style of romper is the open front. I have two rompers exactly this style, and I never knew what to wear underneath it until a few YBCers suggested a bralet. Genius! The one I'm wearing here is this one by Free People, and below are a bunch of other options.
I was a big fan of the bag, as well. I was on the hunt for a good summer bag and this fit the bill. The only thing is that the strap is a little long for me (#shortgirlproblems), so I might try to tie the strap or shorten it so it fits my body better. Below are a couple other options I'm liking.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on rompers - are you into them? If so, what do you wear them with? Feel free to check out the other posts in our Style series!
