Building strength has been instrumental in helping to progress my physical yoga practice, and improve my posture. In this video, I’m sharing a balancing sequence you can do with a set of dumbbells to help build core strength, a stronger sense of balance, and more upper body strength. These movements should help with arm balances, and more advanced yoga poses, and with your life off the mat, as well.
