Today I'm sharing a 30 minute vinyasa flow class with a focus on side body opening and strengthening and stretching inner thighs. This is the practice you'll want to do when you're feeling particularly tight or wanting to work your twists and deep lunges. It will help to fully stretch the entire body and lengthen and strengthen the legs. I hope you enjoy!
