Hello, my party people! Well, yesterday's video post didn't happen (thanks, technology!), but it's finally uploaded and ready to rock for anyone who is looking to get a good practice in. This week's practice is a 30 minute yoga sequence with a focus on balance. It's appropriate for all levels, provided you do what's available to you and let that be enough (i.e. when the option to go deeper comes, just stay where you are if you're a beginner). It's a vinyasa flow with a balancing section towards the end. Hope you enjoy!
