In the name of de-stressing and returning to a sense of supported calm, I’m sharing a 30 Minute Restorative Yoga Practice today to help you de-stress and chill out. In this practice, you'll be in each pose for between 4 - 5 minutes, and you'll need a yoga bolster, but if you don't have a bolster you can use a couch cushion or body pillow! Try to melt and relax into each position - you want it to feel basically effortless. This style of yoga practice is excellent for de-stressing, calming the nervous system, and helping to open the fascia. Hope you enjoy!
