I just got home from my weekend in Austin with the amazing women who attended our Namaslay® Business and Marketing Retreat. They had so many great ideas, and I felt inspired to pursue some new things for my own business I’ll be excited to share. This week I’ll get back to teaching and work at Namaslay® Studios to prepare for my Self Care Workshop with Namaslay® YTT Graduate, Jenelle Beiler, on Saturday. Then it’s off to the Midwest for the Namaslay® Fall Yoga Workshop Tour! It’s a busy time of year for me, so I’ve picked up gratitude journaling again and am focusing more on my self care to remain clear, calm and joyful in times of stress.
