The purpose in sharing my personal workouts is to help jumpstart motivation with new workout ideas for anyone out there who is feeling underwhelmed by what they’ve been doing. Monday
6 Rounds: 5 back squats with progressive overload, 30 banded adductors between sets
4 Rounds: 13 KB step ups, 50ft walking lunges with dumbbells, 50ft banded lateral steps
4 Rounds: 13 barbell hip thrusts, progressive overload, 15 front rack KB shin ups

Travel Workout:
4 rounds: 30 sit ups, 20 burpees
4 rounds: 30 glute bridges, 20 banded side laying clam shells, 20 banded donkey kicks
Thursday
4 rounds: 16 Bicep Curls, 8 back flys, 10 hammer grip lateral arm raises
4 rounds: 12 DB arnold press, 15 DB rows, 10 L sit DB shoulder press
4 rounds: 5 tricep dips, 3 pull ups, 8 TRX supine rows
3 rounds: 30 sit ups
1 mi run
Friday
4 rounds: 20 frog pumps, 12 barbell dead lifts with progressive overload, 30 bodyweight air squats
4 rounds: 16 step up curtsy squats with dumbbells, 10 KB swings, 10 KB front rack side lunges, 8 DB transverse plane step downs
4 rounds: 1 minute side plank R then L

25 minute banded stair master
3 rounds: 10 DB renegade rows, 10 goblet squats, 15 weighted glute bridges
3 rounds: 20ft banded lateral steps ea leg, 20ft banded monster walk, 20ft handstand walk
