Today I’m sharing video number two in our four part Restorative Yoga Foundations series (here’s part one, if you missed it). In this video, I’m talking about how to calm the monkey mind (especially important for people who can’t seem to calm down or quiet their thoughts), and then I go into sequencing and how to sequence a restorative yoga class. From there, we do a couple poses together, and I talk a bit about the sequencing after. So all in all, this video, unlike the last, has a bit of practice in it, in addition to the informational talk on restorative. Hope you enjoy it! Lemme know what you think in the comments section below, and if this style of yoga is of interest to you, we touch on restorative yoga in our 200hr yoga teacher training intensive in Santorini this April, and we’ll be doing an in-depth module on it in our 300hr Advanced Namaslay® Yoga Teacher Training this July in Thailand!
