As you guys know I'm always traveling and the number one question I get is how I stay stress-free while always on the go. Self care is really important and me getting stressed out doesn't do anyone any favors (amiright?!) so I've learned a few tricks along the way to keep myself relaxed and focused no matter what my schedule has in store. At the end of a long day it feels so good to jump into sweats, light a candle and do some gentle stretching. The video is a total body yoga stretch that's really gentle and ideal to do when you're looking to unwind, de-stress, and release tension. We start with the neck and shoulders, move to the upper back and chest, and then work on the torso, before moving down to the hips and hamstrings.
