I've done a number of posts on various yoga props and how to use them. From blocks to blankets to bolsters to straps, I feel like we've covered quite a bit, but truly, anything can be a prop if you're creative enough. In today's yoga video we are incorporating the use of the chair as a yoga prop. In it, we'll use the chair for a hip opening yoga practice. This is something you could do at home or at work on your lunch break (provided you have a lax work environment, otherwise laying on the floor with your legs on a chair might prompt someone to call security, haha).
