Lauren, YBC's® Marketing and Events Director, and I headed out to Bolzano, Italy for our third Italy yoga retreat. This week-long yoga retreat because the venue is this sweet little boutique hotel nestled at the base of the Dolomite Mountains in northern Italy. There's a cute little city within walking distance with lots to do, and there is also the option to relax by the pool or use the saunas or hot tub at the hotel. We welcomed a group of ten yogis from all over the world and it was a wonderful experience. Lauren and I filmed the entire thing to share with you, and you can check it out below.
