In a way, the videos I film for our YouTube channel are a little self-serving because I sometimes will film what I need. You may notice a pattern with the recent videos (guided meditation, guided meditation for stress, yoga for stress relief, haha). I swear that the next time I set up a shoot to film YouTube vids, I promise to do some more vinyasas and arm balancing stuff to switch things up, it’s just been a stressful few months for me with all the travel.
