Today I'm excited to team up with Yoga Body Naturals to share a fun video using their yoga trapeze. At first, I was a little nervous to play around with this thing. I was intimidated by the set up, but it is actually so easy. You can either install it at home, or hang it from a tree or even at a playground.
This video starts out standing, with some gentle stretches to get the upper body warmed up. Then we get into the trapeze, and sit for a moment just to center ourselves and acclimate. From there, we do some gentle backbends and come into a few fun inversions before slowing it down and relaxing. I hope you enjoy! Please let me know if you give it a try and how it goes for you down in the comments below.
