Hi everyone! Today I'm happy to share a 25 minute relaxing yin yoga video that I shot while in Italy at our yoga retreat. You will need yoga blocks and a towel or bolster for this practice. Yin is one of my favorite styles of yoga to practice because I find it to be the most relaxing, and the most effective at developing flexibility. Something about relaxing into a pose with zero effort involved just opens up tight areas far better than an active stretch. I hope you guys enjoy it!
