It looks like another gorgeous day here in Connecticut and I couldn't be more excited about it. While fall is my favorite season, I love sunshine and warmth, and am looking forward to summer dresses and beach days and good times spent outside.
Today's yoga video is a 30 minute gentle stretch sequence for tight arms, shoulders, chest, legs and hips. I'm using a bolster and yoga strap in the video, but if you're fresh outta both, just use whatever you have at home that's similar (sub a couch cushion for a bolster and a belt for a strap). As always, move in a pain-free range and pay attention to how you're feeling with every breath. Take your time and breathe deeply.
