Today's the last day of the 15 Day Namaslay Hip Opening Program! I hope you've seen improvement not only in your hip flexibility but also in mental clarity. Sometimes taking a few minutes to yourself each day is all you need to just feel better overall and I hope this has been a good way for you to take care of yourself.
In today's sequence we'll be focusing on the inner thighs and hip flexors. I'll be posting the audio to the YBC App (iTunes/Google Play) if you'd prefer I talk you through the sequence (it takes about 10 minutes or so), so look for that today as well!

A) To start, do this warm up.
B) Then, do the following sequence:
1) Low lunge pose (p117 in Namaslay).
2) Warrior 2 (p114-115 in Namaslay).
4) Reverse warrior (p116 in Namaslay).
C) Practice your chosen pose for 3-5 minutes and then take a quick pic for the 'gram to share your progress and thoughts so far. Use hashtags #ybcyogis and #Namaslay to connect with others doing the program.
