Tomorrow is the last day of the 15 Day Namaslay Hip Opening Program and I hope you've seen improvement! In today's short sequence we'll be focusing on the backs of the hips.
As always, I'll be posting the audio to the YBC App (iTunes/Google Play) if you'd prefer I talk you through the sequence (it takes about 10 minutes or so), so look for that today as well!

A) To start, do this gentle sequence.
B) Then, do the following sequence:
1) and 2) Plow pose (p235 in Namaslay).
3) Wind relieving pose.
C) Practice your chosen pose for 3-5 minutes and then take a quick pic for the 'gram to share your progress and thoughts so far. Use hashtags #ybcyogis and #Namaslay to connect with others doing the program.
