One of the benefits of blogging is getting to know a bunch of different companies I wouldn't otherwise have stumbled upon. In the spirit of sharing things we love, we'll be featuring Favorite Things, a series that will showcase anything from new product discoveries, recipes, foods, yoga transitions, clothing, and more. Today I'm sharing three products I've been using and loving lately.
1. Juicy bamboo facial cloths. We included these in our Costa Rica yoga retreat swag bags and the company sent me some to use before/after savasana for my students. I love the little bamboo tongs and the refreshing scent of the cloths.
2. Colloidal silver mist with lavender. I've been using this for the last month and a half to spritz after I wash my make up off at night. The colloidal silver is anti-bacterial and the lavender is soothing and anti-inflammatory. I love it. This one by Hylunia, but here's a more wallet friendly option.
3. Lavender and chamomile salve from King & Bride. The sports therapist I saw about my sprained ankle said that massage would be a good idea to get the fluid moving from the swelling (woof, that's so gross to even write) so I've been using a number of different massage oils. I keep coming back to this salve, however, because it just feels so healing. It's got a handful of ingredients, and all things I know and basically have in my kitchen which just makes me feel good that it's all natural and mostly organic. It's also super moisturizing which has been great for my dry skin.
