I haven’t been to Costa Rica in years. Maybe eight years? Nine? I can’t quite remember how many years.
But it is exactly as I remember it.
Lush, green, with kind people, and unprectable situations, like the meeting with my chef went awry because her bus was inspected for drugs and of course someone had something on them and the bus was detained for over four hours while I waited at the rental car company. These things happen, and hey, at least the rental car company people were kind, the building had a/c, and the guy I worked with even called me Tica after I explained I had studied abroad in Costa Rica when I was a teenager.
Anyway, I’m excited about this giveaway because it features some really awesome stuff.
First up, a Honey Girl Organics sensitive skin set featuring all natural, gluten free, non-GMO ingredients. The set includes a face and eye cream, a facial cleanser, a toner and a rejuvenating face mask. This set retails for $27.
Next up, a few pouches of Matt’s Munchies. I love this company because it’s a small, family owned business that is dedicated to creating high quality, healthy foods. Matt’s Munchies are certified USDA Organic, vegan, and gluten free. You can actually pronounce the (short) list of ingredients and they make for a good snack when on the go.
Next up, a few of Nutiva’s new O’Coconut snacks. These are organic, non-GMO, and contain no soy, corn, or cane sugar. Delish little snacks for throwing in your bag and running errands.
And lastly, the YBC Sweat dvd - it’s a 60 minute power yoga dvd with options to modify or go deeper, making it appropriate for nearly everyone (not recommended for absolute beginners). Check out the trailer and the creative process that went into making it.
