What a whirlwind of a weekend! Saturday was the last day of our yoga retreat in Sifnos, Greece. We had a morning practice, which was a culmination of all the bits and pieces we had learned throughout the week. The rest of the day was free, and we met up again at 8pm for a dinner at the port before hopping the ferry back to Athens.
On Sunday, I made my way over to Bhavana Yoga Center, where I taught a two hour Feel Good Power & Yin Yoga workshop. Bhavana has such a great vibe - I love it there. A big thank you to all who came out!
Sunday night was spent at the Munich airport in one of their nap cabs. I was pleasantly surprised! The nap cabs have air conditioning, wifi, a little built-in control center from which you can access flight info, set an alarm, change the lighting, etc. The bed wasn't half bad, either. It is sort of pricey - 15 euro or 10 euro per hour depending on the time of day, with a minimum of 30 euros. I stayed for 8 hours, which came to 95 euros. Quite a lot, but when you consider that the airport hotel was going for 230 euros last night, 95 isn't too bad.
And now, back to reality. I've got so much work to tackle but I am so excited about it. I've got some videos to edit, new posts I am inspired to write, and, most exciting of all - I'm almost finished building something so amazing for the yoga community, and I cannot wait to reveal details! Hopefully within the next few weeks! Stay tuned.
