I've posted about wheel pose a few times before, because it is a long time favorite of mine. Today I'm posting a video I put together to teach how to get into wheel pose and a few poses you can do in preparation for it. Wheel pose relieves stress, helps to overcome that afternoon slump by increasing energy, and can help with mild depression. It also strengthens the arms, wrists, back, legs and butt. Give it a try with the video below. The first part shows how to get into wheel pose if you're already warmed up.
