Seeds. They're small but mighty, and packed full of nutrition! There are a number of ways to incorporate seeds into your diet. Some are good to eat on their own (sunflower and pumpkin seeds), and others are better in salads (hemp), baking (chia), oatmeal (flax). I even put chia and flax in my smoothies! The options are quite extensive, and the best way to figure out how it'll work for you is to experiment. Add them in recipes and see how it goes (then share what you think!).
