Ok, ok. Before you wrinkle your nose at cauliflower pizza crust, let me just say that no, it doesn't taste like cauliflower at all; yes, it does taste a little different from your regular deep dish pie, but hello, you're getting a big ol' serving of veggies while you eat this. In the spirit of transparency, I'd like to disclose that it was actually my husband who made this pizza (Thanks, Greg!). I had printed out the recipe from The Detoxinista the night before, and he walked in from the office, recipe in hand and said, "This looks incredible." Topped with caramelized onions, sun dried tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, it tasted pretty incredible, too. So incredible, in fact, that I was able to talk him into making it again a few days later. PS- Cauliflower fritters, and a flourless cake made with kidney beans.
