I’m back with another video from the YouTube channel (be sure you’ve subscribed, so you don’t miss a vid!). In this video we’re doing a total body workout with a resistance band - and there’s a little cardio thrown in there as well. This is a great one to support posture because three of the moves directly impact the glutes, hamstrings, core and upper back strength, so it’s definitely a good workout to mix in if you’re looking to improve upon your posture. For the band itself, I’m using a Bosu fabric band which I like a lot because it doesn’t move on your body as you’re using it due to its great design. Hope you enjoy the workout!
