If you're one of those people who experiences chronic mild neck and shoulder pain, this little video might be your next favorite thing. It's a very slow practice (don't be expecting to work up a sweat), with the goal to gently release neck and shoulder tension. And, because everything in the body is connected, I start and end this practice with a chest opening yin pose using a bolster. If you're fresh outta bolsters, just use a couch cushion or some rolled up blankets - get creative!
