Namaslay is finally here. What started at the absolute worst chapter of my life has turned into something so beautiful and really has driven home the idea that everything is a lesson. Even the darkest, loneliest, most difficult experiences are opportunities to dig deep, look within, grow, and emerge even better than before. I am so grateful to be able to share what I've learned from not only my experience with Lyme Disease, but how I've applied the lessons of yoga to my life both on and off the yoga mat. In addition, the book covers over one hundred poses in detail and includes sequences and 30 day programs to help you on your way whether you're a home-practicing yogi or a yoga teacher looking for inspiration. The book is available for pre-sale on amazon, Barnes and Noble and IndieBound and will ship out when it's released - on October 25, 2016.
To celebrate the release of the book, we are embarking on a nationwide book tour with Namaslay themed yoga workshops along the way. Here is the plan:
October 25, 2016, 6pm. New York City - Book Signing

This inspirational workshop is for all levels, and will begin with a centering and motivational talk while we move through a delicious slow flow. Then, we will focus on total body strength building with attention to the core, upper body and legs, before coming into a fun arm balance class. Then, we'll slow it down for a deep guided meditation.
