In today's video, I'm sharing a 23 minute (I would say 25 min, but the time police might come out!) yoga video that features a yoga wheel from Clever Yoga. There are endless ways to use a yoga wheel, and in this video we'll start by using it as a prop to stretch. We work on opening the front body and side body, and then we start using it as a prop to help us build core strength. I hope you guys enjoy!
