In all honesty, any consistent yoga practice will be helpful for flexibility, but this one was designed to gently open up the entire body and find a bit of flexibility overall. We start with a seated centering, and then slowly begin to warm up the spine, the side body, and the front and back body. You'll see poses like cat cow, downward dog, and low lunge. PPS: A little about my outfit - I absolutely love these hot yoga shorts from Sweaty Betty (bonus: the updated version is now on sale!) I've written before about why I shy away from shorts but as the warmer temps roll around, I am back on the short shorts bandwagon and trying to rock them with as much confidence as I can muster. The tank is a favorite for my workouts - it's by hard tail forever and has huge arm holes which I love.
