Core and upper body strength are two things I am always working on, and this movement hits both of those (though is primarily for the core). For this movement, you're going to need two blocks. I prefer using cork yoga blocks or wooden ones for this, because foam blocks have too much give. You'll also need to wear a pair of socks.
