Hallelujah, it's FriYAY. Sorry, that was cheesy, but my hips are seriously jacked up from working at me desk for longer than usual this week, so I am ready to pack up my things and head to the gym.
So I'm not going to lie, this video was made yesterday and a little self-serving in that my hips desperately needed some stretching out because I could feel a little flicker of sciatica trying to ignite. But I know I'm not alone in some tight hip pity party for one, so I think it'll be helpful to everyone...or at least, I hope it will.
Feel free to swap out any gentle video or sequence in this week's #YBCstrength project if you're following the suggested schedule. And as always, move within a pain-free range.
