Do you ever have one of those weeks when you're pumped that it's Friday and then realize it's only Tuesday? That's the kind of week I am having! It is crazy town in our office, with boxes piled up to the ceiling (no joke), as we get ready to fill the YBC Mantra Boxes.
Anyway, this is a video I put together and I love it because it checks all the boxes off:
- aids in relaxation
- is gentle
- perfect for morning or evening
- perfect for before or after a run or workout
- aids in releasing low back pain and hip tension
- is short
I don't mean to toot my own horn, but this vid is a goodie. In my (not so humble) opinion. I think it's quick and effective to zap tension, release stress, and work on hip opening, which is notoriously a stubborn thing we all kind of have hanging around, wouldn't you say?
