This week's yoga video is a 22 minute restorative gentle stretch hatha yoga class. This means that if you've come to the blog in search of a sweat-inducing power practice, you'll have to keep looking because this is not the one for you. In this video I am using two cork yoga blocks and a yoga strap. These are vital to the practice, but if you don't have them at home, just use what you have. Two tightly rolled beach towels will be perfect instead of two blocks, and a belt or a tie works in place of a strap. Ultimately, don't let not having the props prevent you from doing this practice.
