Ok let's get down to business. Today I'm sharing a short, gentle yoga class that is appropriate for all levels including total beginners. We'll stretch the entire body, and you'll finish the class (just under 15 minutes) feeling like a whole new person. Well, I hope you will, anyway. :) It's a good practice to do first thing in the morning when you're kind of stiff, or just before bed when you're looking to unwind. Alternatively, it's a good practice to do before a workout or strenuous yoga class as well. I hope you love it!
