This week's yoga video features one of my all-time favorite styles of yoga - slow flow vinyasa. I love it because it really encourages control, which equals strength. This is the style of yoga to do if you're working on building strength within your practice. I like to draw my attention to the transitions - the space in between - and not worry too much about getting to the next pose.
We'll begin with a centering, and then slowly warm up the side body and hips before coming into our slow flow. This video is good not only for building strength, but as a warm up or cool down to complement your exercise program or to start or end your day.
