Today's video is a 25 minute vinyasa flow that is not as fast paced as my other vinyasa videos. It slowly works to develop flexibility and work the mobility in the shoulders and the hips (making it an excellent complement to any weightlifting or cross-training program) but also has you working a bit to develop strength and endurance for my people that solely practice yoga as their means of strength training. I hope you enjoy it!
